Kyrie Kristmanson is a Franco-Canadian singer-songwriter, visual artist, and medievalist scholar. In 2024 she was named Chevalière de l'Ordre des Arts et des Lettres by the French Ministry of Culture.

She holds a Master de recherche from La Sorbonne on the trobairitz, and moves fluidly between songwriting, painting, and essay writing — each discipline in conversation with the others.
